JUNIOR BOXING

Learn the basics of boxing while building confidence, physical strength, conditioning and agility. Skills are developed in a group setting with targeted individual coaching. The program is built to fit your schedule, you can choose to come every day or once a week! Classes run 1 hour - 1.5 hours and consist of a variety of boxing drills, body weight workouts, flexibility training, and more. Drop in classes are offered for $15. Come try it out, the first lesson is on us!

WOMEN’S BOXFIT

If you are looking for a great workout – look no further. Incorporating a combination of boxing drills, conditioning, strength, flexibility, and agility training, Boxfit is one of the fastest growing sports in the world. Our 1-hour lessons allow participants to work at their own pace, while experiencing the supportive and interactive environment of an all-women class. Choose a drop-in class for $15 or register for monthly lessons.

OPEN GYM

Our open gym is a great opportunity for people to develop their skills and continue to grow – whether it be physically, technically, or emotionally. Open to all age groups, our open gym will help add consistency into your boxing routine and help you reach your fitness goals.

Citadel Boxing Club is family and we work together to improve boxing, self-confidence, and life skills. Balancing group training and one-on-one support, our coaches will encourage you to improve, pushing you to be better fighters and better people. 

Drop-in classes are $15, the first lesson is free.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Our personal training option allows individuals to receive tailored support regardless of age, skill, or previous experience. We train everyone, from complete beginners to Team Canada athletes training for the olympics. Our experienced coaches will work with you to create a custom training plan to help you achieve your fitness and boxing goals. There’s no club with better support or individual training – Citadel Boxing has your back, no matter what.
